I though the XT2 was tough, but kerbs are even tougher!
The trouble with the XT2 is that is it difficult to stop when it goes out of control. So when it began to speed towards a deep kerb, there was little else to do but watch and pray.
The car hit the kerb square on, and at first everything seemed ok. But the cover would not fit back on properly, and when we took it back to the model shop we discovered the chassis had been badly bent across a weak point near the middle.
So, a new chassis is on order and soon I will have the car back… but I won't be steering it towards any kerbs again!!!
